I truly get you

I grew up on turkey dinosaurs, chips and beans and didn't know vegetables could actually taste good. When I moved out of home at 18 I was cooking and shopping for myself for the first time, curious about food labels, tracking every calorie in and out, and decided to study Nutrition to make sense of all the diet fads.

I don't believe to eat well you have to be making açai smoothie bowls for breakfast but I do believe small changes make the biggest difference. I will meet you where you are at and only suggest changes that are realistic for you and your life.

And it's not just food that I love, but data. I've built many trackers and tools to help myself and now others to get organised with eating better, and building in healthier habits in a fun and rewarding way.

But whether you also love data and want to track macros and health markers, or if you prefer to focus on how you feel
in your body and build habits from there — both are welcome.

We’ll tailor things to suit your personality, preferences, and goals. There’s no one right way to do this.

Seven 1:1 Sessions - 4 deeper sessions for coaching, planning, and sharing about why you eat the way you do; and 3 check-ins for accountability and motivation.


Tracking – Online personal portal for food and activity tracking for self-awareness breakthroughs. Whatever you choose to track will be analysed by your dietitian for giving you more support.

Plans - personalised care plans for lasting change and meal plans if you want a bit more structure, and to take the overwhelm over thinking about what to eat.


Mindfulness and Affirmation Tools – to build self-trust and compassion

Support - between sessions to check that food label, or plan what to eat at a restaurant

Toolkits and Resources - habit change guides, eating out toolkits, portion guides, healthy swaps and more.
