Growing up with a father with IBD, I’ve witnessed the many trials to find a solution that makes you feel better – probiotics, aloe vera, juicing, you name it. I wanted to study Nutrition, as there is so much information out there on 'this' diet or 'that' diet, and I wanted to know the science and the facts to get to the bottom of all the noise.
